Design Time Stylesheets

Can I use Design Time Stylesheets in Contribute, how can I implement this.

I want to hide text that is editted in contribuute from our sites users. This
content is eventually removed with JS but there is a slight delay where our
users can see this irrelavent content.

I know it is not good practice to put what is effectively nonsense in the page
HTML, but for now it has to be done.

if working in dreamweaver- use the contextual menu at top right of CSS panel
to use the design time stylesheet. the f1 help covers it.

the info for this is contained in the .mno design notes that will be shared
with the contribute users.

I'm not sure if it is possible to control design time stylesheets from
within contribute.
