unvisible tables in the operating mode (MAC)

a customer did install the contribute cs4 for macintosh.
i know contribute only for windows.
is it possible that he doesn't see the tables in the operating mode?
i can't overtake his screen to see it.

are they trying edit a page that has html tables in it, but they don't see
the table cells in ccontribute?
